Privacy Notice
LH IT Services is privacy focused by design. The same preference that guides the technical work — owned hardware, local networks, on-site backup, and systems you control — also guides this website. The aim is to collect only what is useful, keep it under direct control, and avoid unnecessary third-party tracking or cloud-based data sharing.
What we collect from forms
When you submit the contact form or quote request form, LH IT Services stores the details you provide so your enquiry or quote request can be answered. These forms may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, optional company name, selected service interest, message, submitted page URL, referrer, UTM campaign fields where present, browser user agent, hashed IP address, and submission time.
This information is used only to respond to your enquiry or quote request and manage follow-up. A copy is emailed to LH IT Services for this purpose via Hostinger's email delivery service. Enquiry records are stored for up to two years and then deleted.
Your details are not sold, shared for marketing, or pushed into advertising platforms.
Analytics
The website uses first-party analytics only. It does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising trackers, or third-party profiling scripts. If you accept analytics cookies, a random visitor cookie and short-lived session identifiers are used to count visits and understand how the site is used — nothing that identifies you personally. Raw IP addresses are not stored in analytics tables.
If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, the site respects it by not setting analytics cookies and not storing visitor or session events for that request.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data LH IT Services holds about you. To make a request, contact [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
For full details on legal bases, retention periods, data processors, cookies, and all your rights under UK GDPR, read the Data & Compliance Policy.
